Welcome to OneTouch Technical. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the repair and maintenance of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) provided by OneTouch Technical ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

OneTouch Technical specializes in the repair and maintenance of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Our services include but are not limited to diagnostics, repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

4. Service Requests and Quotations

All service requests must be submitted to us through our designated communication channels. Upon receiving a service request, we will provide a quotation based on the information provided. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a quotation or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms. Any additional or different terms proposed by you are expressly rejected unless agreed upon in writing by OneTouch Technical.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OneTouch Technical regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using OneTouch Technical's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
